Help/Writing pages
Your business: the material every page is written from
Hours, prices, market, voice, your bio, and the documents the writer reads.
Every draft is written from what this page holds. When a page says you open nine to five and you do not, or quotes prices in dollars when you sell in pounds, this is where the fix lives.
Facts every page needs
Opening hours, phone, address, prices, licences and credentials. Across every page we have written, half of the blanks we asked an owner to fill were one of these. Fill them once here and they leave every draft, and the page schema is built from them instead of guessed.
Market
Where you sell decides the units, the currency, the spelling and which country the writer researches in. The scan guesses from your site; your answer here always wins. An Australian business that reads as American is this row.
Identity and audience
Who you are and who you serve. The identity is what the engines are asked to find; the audience is what the buyer questions are built from. Rows marked "we guessed" are waiting for a one-tap "That's right" or a correction.
Voice and author bio
The voice rows shape how every page reads. The author bio is stored once and appended to pages word for word, never rewritten, because a paraphrased credential is the one error an author cannot forgive.
Your material
Word documents, PDFs with real text (not scans), spreadsheets, plain text and markdown, up to 10MB each. A Google Doc has to be published to the web first; a normal share link serves us an empty page. Anything that tells a writer how you sound should be marked as a brand voice guide. A document marked as data is stored but not written from, and the row says so.
Service area
Shown only when the site is judged as a local business. It feeds the questions and the pages that name places.
