Lead magnets: turning readers into leads
What a lead magnet is, the three kinds, and what each plan includes.
Your articles already answer what buyers ask. A lead magnet gives the people reading them a reason to leave their email: something useful, offered in a small form on the article itself. Every lead lands on Leads with the page they were reading.
The three kinds
- A guide we write. A short branded PDF, written from your pages and Your business: a decision guide, a starter kit or a reference chart, picked from what readers of that topic are deciding. See Making a guide.
- Your own guide. A PDF you already have, or a link to one. We offer it and email it; we never change it. See Your own guide or a free service.
- A free service. A small piece of your real work, like a quote review or a call, for readers who are close to hiring. You hear about each request the moment it arrives.
How it gets on your site
One line, pasted once into your site's footer. After that the form shows on your articles: a box above the third heading, and a popup halfway down for each visitor once (a bar at the bottom on phones). See Putting the form on your site.
What each plan includes
- Core: one lead magnet for the whole site. The form carries a small "Lead form by ResilientNiche" line.
- Growth: a lead magnet for each topic on your site, so a reader on a heat pump article is offered the heat pump guide. You can also remove the "Lead form by ResilientNiche" line.
On every plan you can hide the form on any article, export your leads as a CSV and get a morning summary by email.
What it costs
Your first guide on each site is free. After that, a guide costs the same credits as a page. Your own guide and a free service cost nothing, because there is nothing for us to write.
