Where each lead magnet shows

On Core

Your one lead magnet shows on every article. Putting a different one live takes the old one off, and the old one stays on Leads, paused, with its leads.

On Growth

Each topic can have its own. Topics are the same groups you see on Pages, so "Heat pumps" here means exactly the heat pump articles listed there.

When a lead magnet goes live it takes the topic it was written for. The first one on your site also covers every article with no lead magnet of its own, so nothing is left empty. Under Where each lead magnet shows on Leads, choose which lead magnet each topic offers, or none.

When a scan finds new articles, they join their topic and pick up its lead magnet on their own.

On one article

To hide the form on one article, or show a different lead magnet there, open that article's Actions menu on Pages and choose Lead magnet on this page. Every article you've changed is listed on Leads under Articles you've changed, where you can undo it.

Pausing and deleting

From the … menu on a lead magnet: Pause it takes it off your site and keeps everything; Put it back on your site undoes that. Delete this lead magnet removes it and its files. Its leads stay on Leads either way.
