Help/Leads
Your leads
What the Leads page shows, the morning summary, what each status means, exporting, and free service requests.
Leads shows your latest 10 leads, each with the article they were reading. Free service requests still waiting for your reply stay at the top. See all opens every lead, with search, filters and export.
The numbers at the top
Leads in the last 30 days, how many times your form was seen, and how many of those views became a lead. We count form views, not readers, because we don't track readers.
What happens when someone signs up
For a guide, we email it to them straight away, from your name with replies going to you. They get one email from us, and nothing after that: following up is yours, from your own email or CRM.
Their status on Leads:
- Sending: the email is on its way.
- Sent: it left us.
- Delivered: their inbox accepted it.
- Bounced: the address doesn't work. We don't resend.
The morning summary
Each morning there are new guide leads, we email you a summary of yesterday's. It also names anyone who removed their details, so you can delete them from your own lists too. Switch it off under Form and email settings.
Free service requests
A request emails you the moment it arrives, with their files attached and their address as reply-to, so replying to that email reaches them. The reader is told when to expect your reply, from the promise you set.
On Leads a request shows Reply by and the time you promised. Once you've replied, press Mark as replied. If it is still waiting the next morning, we remind you once.
Exporting
Export CSV on All leads downloads whatever the filters show: names, emails, what they asked for, the page they came from, when, and the consent line they agreed to with its time.
Deleting a lead
Delete removes their details from ResilientNiche for good. Copies you exported stay where you put them. See Leads, privacy and deletion.
