Pausing versus cancelling

When a pause starts

You have already paid for the current month, so a pause never cuts it short. It begins when that period ends and skips the next bill. Until then the banner says "Pausing on" and every part of the tracker works as normal. If you asked to pause and then found you could not scan, that is not the pause: check for a failed payment on the Account page.

What stops, and what stays

While paused, the monthly re-scan, the weekly question checks and the autopilot stop, and your plan's credits do not refill. Credits you bought still spend. Every report, question, page, win and connection stays exactly where it is. You get an email before billing restarts.

Who can pause

Monthly plans only. A trial has not started billing yet, so cancel it instead if you do not want it. An annual plan cannot be paused; email us and we will sort something out.

Cancelling instead

Cancelling keeps full access until the end of the period you paid for and then stops the charges. Nothing is deleted. If you cancel while a pause is already in effect, it ends immediately, since there is nothing left to honour; if the pause has not started yet, the paid period runs out first.
