The autopilot

On Growth and Scale the autopilot keeps pages written and waiting for you. Open This week and they are there.

How it picks

It drains your approved questions first, in the same order the board ranks them. When nothing is approved and eligible, it chooses a question itself and tells you why. If it picks something you do not want, Not this one removes it and writes a standing rule, so the same question or topic does not come back.

Sometimes the better move is to improve a page you already have rather than write a new one. When it does that, the additions arrive as blocks to copy in, the way Update page works.

How many

Three pages waiting is the default. You can set one, three or five at the bottom of This week. Publish one and the next is written straight away.

A page you leave alone for two weeks, while you have been in the tracker doing other things, is taken as a no. It is swapped for a different one and the old draft stays in Pages.

What it costs

Your first set of pages is free, and so is one page every week after that. Past that, a page written because you just published one costs the normal page price in credits. Credits are only ever spent right after a publish, never on a schedule, and you can turn that off on This week.

Where the autopilot writes

It writes for one site on Growth and for up to ten on Scale. On Growth you can move it between sites from This week, as long as the site it is moving to has approved questions.
